Hii Choi Hee Agency was established in 1995 in Sibu, Sarawak. The development of the Agency already has entered its 20th year. Hii Choi Hee Agency is one of the excellent Manulife insurance sub-branches in Sibu. MdmHii Choi Hee is a diligent agency manager who possesses recruiting, training, coaching and monitoring in this sub-branches agency and work together with her husband, Mr Wong Koo Ching, who is the Unit Manager of the Agency.
The agency follows the mission and vision of Manulife and providing trustworthy products are positioned to meet savings, investment, protection and retirement needs of their customers. Both of them have qualified company overseas convention together with their agents every year.

Wong Koo Ching originally a public servant, in order to increase revenue, he had a simple electrical installation work part-time, but also serves as a swim coach. After they married, Wong Koo Ching wants his family to live a better quality of life in future, so that children get a better education, he decided to give up the company to seek better opportunities. By a chance he participated in the career opportunity briefings, after the seminar he decided to join the life Insurance industry. From then, he did that for 22 years till now.
In fact, at the beginning, Wong Koo Ching do insurance training a lot of difficultly, there was a time even thought of giving up, to pursue other opportunities. But when he decided to stop and challenge personal capacity, not only that he learned marketing skills, but also learned the truth and acted to keep positive thoughts to face everything.
Wong Koo Ching was a swimmer since childhood, and later became representatives of national competition for up to 18 years. As a student, when he was at school, he had to be under swimming for 10 km training swim practice every day. The purpose was to practice hard every day, is to increase swimming speed, breaking the previous record, to win medals. Years of hard training, made him have a tough character, so he has a very strong willpower and mental hardship, and is actively pursuing pride of life. In order to achieve the objectives originally set can produce superior endurance, concentration and execution. After entering the insurance industry, which brings excellent quality of Wong Koo Ching for his passed hard work which had great help to him.
After continuous efforts, Wong Koo Ching third year in a row to reach the United States MDRT members. When he first participated in MDRT Annual Meeting, broaden their horizons, but also see the significance of insurance undertakings from other excellent partners who spontaneously mission, he decide in the future he has to become MDRT members annually. Later, the International Dragon Award IDA was born, he was more active in the pursuit of the highest honors the Chinese insurance industry, "which is a part of the global Chinese stage, he must strive to achieve the annual target of IDA, learn and grow from each other," because his expectations, in 2011 the Wong Koo Ching has became the first IDA international Honors Award for lifetime memberships.
